What could be lost if the IPS budget is slashed?

No one knows that now, because those decisions would be made when the actual budget number is finalized.  If there are massive budget cuts, every program could be in jeopardy.

Here are some examples of what could happen if the budget is slashed:

* More schools could be closed

* Additional reductions in staff

* Fewer magnet and alternative programs

* Music and art instruction for elementary schools
